Multiple personality system

a player can be an entirely different person to an npc they have met before. While having this multiple characters with different stats and look for each, player interaction with npc can be manipulated by different aspects of the character.
Example: (Npc a) knows you as john ordinary bounty hunter, (Npc a) is trying to find the leader of the town killer who is also you in a different character. Hopefully this system can be fully interactive in the game world by being able to manipulate everything story,gameplay,characters
