No sound in corsair headset

I have recently purchased The Mage's Tale and I have no sound what so ever when I start it up. I hear everything else when testing others applications or websites. Any Ideas or solutions?

Is it a corsair void?

It's a Void pro, but yes.

Hi,
I found the solution on the official Corsair forum. I've a Wireless Corsair Void Pro RGB (used Corsair HS70 previously, but the sound quality was horrible). I clicked "force update" in the Firmware settings and now everything works perfectly well.

Describe the situation in details, I have the same trouble but do not know if the origin is the same, Also, plz let me know if you solved your trouble, hope it would help me too
