Bug on Xbox? - Loyalty to the Cause

I am playing Bard's Tale IV on Xbox One X. I'm using the default story characters. When leveling Dalgliesh the warrior, I try to select the skill Loyalty to the Cause, but I cannot pick it. I can level any other skill I have tried so far, but not this one.
