Where are the cogs for the door near the adventurers guild?

40 hours in and still looking for the last one. I may have completely missed them
(there's another place with missing cogs as well that I still have two to find for)

I am maybe halfway through the Fichti forest, and I now have 1 more cog than I needed to fix that door you are asking about.
