Couple of other possible bugs?

Kaels Rudiment says at drunk 6 it will also stun the enemy but testing this against the paladins on top of sentry tower this does not appear to stun them at all? Should it or is there something preventing the stun that I'm not aware of?

Rain of Arrows says it should execute at the start of your next turn but again in the fight on top of sentry tower I find that sometimes it is not triggering correctly and taking effect on the start of the opponents next turn or even the end of their turn.
This is the same fight where the AI seems to really lag between decisions so I wonder if something is going on with the game processing that is throwing out all the calculations, interactions etc.?
