[BUG] Newly created Baedish adventurer gets no bonus Skill Points

Post by Jamey » September 21st, 2018, 9:01 am

I created a new Practitioner, planning to take advantage of the bonus Skill Points. Much to my surprise, the newly created level 12 character did not get the bonus points from levels 3 and 10. This basically kills the advantage of that racial pick. :(

I can confirm the first patch hasn't fixed this yet. And this is especially important when you discover the cleric classes, because your characters may be too high a level to fully take advantage of the new skills you get without being Baedish.

I'd be happy with just allowing new characters to save some skill points during the creation process.

Luckily, it seems there is no level cap in this game.

There is no hard level cap, but there is only a certain amount of experience available in the game. (only so many enemies, quests, etc that you can get XP from.) I haven't heard of anyone getting more than level 24.
