Sphere Puzzle in Order of Truth: Options Missing

When I first begin the sphere puzzle, I have 4 of the 5 options to remove the sphere. The missing option is "front opening." When I wish to return the sphere, it is one of the options, but then another option, left opening, is missing.

At any given time, I never have all 5 "front, back, left, right, bottom" options available.

As a result, I am unable to complete the puzzle to receive the artifact.


If I examine and succeed with the frame, The "Return" option for front becomes available but not the "Remove." I am able to get the jagged object going this route but not the artifact.
