Remaster from Krome Studios is amazing!

For all discussion on all the previous Bard's Tale games: the classic 1980s games (Bard's Tale, II: Destiny Knight, & III: Thief of Fate) & the humorous Bard's Tale (2004) spin off.

Still looking forward to it, but I think they missed an opportunity to get feedback from the community.
If they cared about that BT4 wouldnt look the way it does.
Well, I'm not going to get in that argument. 😀

I kind of like bt4 the way it is. Although I will say it didn't scratch my itch for a classic Bard's Tale sequel.

But I still think it will be fun in its own right.

Well, I never figured on this being in early access anyway and was looking forward to something completed. Disappointed about the tease, but ah well, themes the breaks. I still have the emulated & the Alpha Beta Demos of the new game to go on.

That came as a shock to me not being far from home, if you consider my home of South East Queensland being pretty close. I thought they were part of the American unit.

Nope, they are Aussie through and through (and absolutely brilliant collaborators to work with).

Yo that. I just had a feeling. I'd been watching Steam Early Access for a week and the remasters were nowhere to be found. Not the smoothest execution that's for sure.

I'm not even getting a back update letter when I search for one let alone find one in my inbox.

I never get emails...I must have something set up incorrectly.

Annoyed they didn't notify earlier though. I could have at least found out on here....and I wouldn't have taken a rec leave day for no reason :(
bugger.

It does look absolutely brilliant. I'm even thinking about taking my laptop on holiday so I don't have to wait to get my hands on it.

Random encounters so you can set your own challenge level!

Self made party from the start so you can personalise your adventure!

Beautiful grid based movement!

A large selection of spells!

Spell point and hit point management - the cornerstone of dungeon crawling!

What more could a Bards Tale fan ask for? ;)
