Remaster from Krome Studios is amazing!

I hope so. Not everything in a game is supposed to be welcome, or under the player's control.

Like... being able to turn the high-rez off like in the WL1 rerelease?

That's how I interpret it; but it may mean that the graphics are redone, rather than reworked.

That would be interesting to learn. From what I recall, the code was Burger's own kept copy.
I only ask because, as I remember, Becky's code was full of bugs and unplayable. I would hate to get excited on Tuesday just to have a piece of crap

Becky's code was also early, early beta, not retail release.

On GOG, the remastered versions are listed for Windows only. :(

The first beta, yes, I agree. The second beta broke more than it fixed.

The snares were crap, and while I did finish BT2, I've tried replaying it a few times and the snares always remind me why I don't like BT2, so I put it away.

I'm wondering if the remasters will have the same amount of enemy portraits as the originals, or maybe we'll see more (as many enemies in in BTs used the same portrait).

The snares were probably one of those "great ideas, to make it more interesting and challenging, with something new", you know, like mastery slots, opportunity, block-pushing, door lock minigames, etc.

Well, they've confirmed creating new female portraits for BT1, so based on that, we need new female portraits for BT2 too (eg. not to reuse the same ones as for BT1, due to the style difference), new female enemy portraits for BT1-2 and new class-based portraits for BT3.

Any chance for a option to increase the size of the gameworld window?

So, is the place in California releasing this or Krome Studios in Melbourne. I know they were working on it, but the game itself might be held elsewhere. It's just that Melbourne is only a hour or two behind Brisbane or before us and it's been the 14th where I am for the last 19 hours (At a Rough guess.) I don't want to be irritating, but I am getting itchy feet.

According to Steam Bards Tale I will be released 14th August, 16:00 MEZ (German time). Hopefully we will get the keys before that.

I hope the A-Team is still the default party at the start. Don't want to be venturing out without a firm grip on my fire horn.
