How do I get my key?!?!

why is this even an issue.. i'v made my selections though the email..
well it said "already selected"

NO email...this is seriously annoying.

On the Steam forums they posted that they are aware of the issues and they are working with Xsolla and CrowdOx to get everything sorted out. I wouldn't be able to play tonight anyway, so I hope I'll get everything before the weekend at least.
But I'm able to play and was able to play on release time. This is utterly shitty.

I submitted a dispute via Paypal and went ahead and purchased it through Steam.

The lack of response or help from XSolla AND InXile is disappointing but my 30+ year relationship with the game is apparently worth dealing with some bullshit. I'm going to make sure I play less than two hours today so that if I am unable to get a refund for my pre-order at least I will be able to get a refund on the purchase which actually cost me more.

Consider that if Xsolla is the problem, inXil is probably absolutely swamped with demands for immediate action. Have a bit more patience. I'm confident that even if the Xsolla completely fails everyone, inXile will make sure to come through with all orders and perks.

But I'm seeing on every social media front failures in distribution and responses from TPTB that they are working on it - not to every single request, obviously, but inXile is responding. Patience. It's day 1.

Followup! I just got an email with all the links in it. Still need to download, but the keys are working.

For digital extras, we are currently communicating with them, and they have assured us that they are working on getting all remaining items delivered.
