What is the difference between the skills anamensis(sp?) and lore:natural?

They both have the exact same definition, seems redundant. I went ahead and got both to see if any difference happened, I got plenty for anamensis (sp?), but I do not think I got a single lore:natural check.

There's a few incorrect tooltips in our abilities, Lore Natural is showing the tooltip of Anamnesis. Anamnesis aids in accessing memories of previous consciousnesses, Lore: Natural is a working knowledge of natural sciences.

Lore: Machinery also shows the wrong tooltip currently, I believe, there may be a few others, we've been doing cleanup passes so they should be right in our next version.
