missing fulfillment to Torment: Tides of Numenera

Hi folks, I was a backer for Wasteland 2 as well as Torment. I did log in to the ranger center long ago and got my codes for Wasteland, but it seems that I never got codes for Torment. The codes were hosted on a part of your website that is no longer active. How do I get the product that I helped to fund?

I have the same problem. I also never got my code for Torment. Opened a ticket at the Inxile support site on December 27, 2018. The very same day I got this reply:

Hi there. Thanks for writing in. Could you confirm what email you used to back the Kickstarter campaign and if you had a Steam or GOG key? We need to double-check info (including if a key or other rewards have already been redeemed).
