Ive had a ticket open for 2 weeks without response, before that I had my ticket closed without resolution. My package is stuck at a UPS depot awaiting destruction because it has been abandoned by the sender, the date at which it will be available for destruction is may 18th. I've tried going threw other lines of communication but that isnt working
