No response from tech support

So, I've encountered a bug in TToN, and I tried to contact InXile's tech support twice by the in-site system, and once by mail. More than two weeks passed since, and yet I've recieved no reply. Any ideas? :/

We're pretty swamped with requests right now, especially bug reports. We are logging everything, but due to the very high support volume around release, even working overtime, giving hands-on help to people can be a challenge for our relatively small team.

We've set up a new Help Center page in part to make it easier for people to get answers to relatively common questions more easily, and also give them some info for troubleshooting, known issues, etc. You can find that here in the meantime to see if any topics touch on the specific issue you are experiencing: https://inxile.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
