Last thing i read was, that the first "real" news about Cyberpunk 2077 will be given out at E3 2017.
I think the earliest release date will be in 2018.
Perhaps 2019.
We will see.

Bigger than The Witcher 3? Isn't that about 100 hours long? Geezus!

I like the background for this game. Cautiously optimistic since I've never played Cyberpunk and this is made by CDPR. Not a fan of The Witcher but I've never played 2 or 3 and those apparently were significant improvements.

The grant from the Polish government goes into 2019, so I would guess that a release will happen then.

It definitely feels like they were rather premature with that teaser they released back in 2013. Maintaining hype over a period of six years is a monumental task.

Some more news and rumors. Looks like we might, finally, get something solid come E3.

In case y'all missed it, CDPR released a 48 minute gameplay walkthrough.

Goddamn - I never liked the Witcher series much (don't like predefined chars and the witcher is someone I could never identify with), but this could be a day 1 buy. :)

Thanks I'll check this out when I get a chance.
The biggest failure in the recent past is this assumption that the audience is not smart.Too much effort is being spent making it dummy proof..all the clues are being held right in front of their nose. The exploration and journey is the reward

Great graphics and setting, but looks like consistent role-playing will be difficult again. Flavor choices that don't fully represent what V will say, random blurts, randomly waking up with a date or a hooker, etc. I doubt CDPR will change that based on their previous games, but maybe they could provide the player a list of predictable behaviors to expect from V.

As a female gamer, I do hope CD Project RED has advanced to a less formulaic cum banal signalling of a "dark gameworld."

May CD Project Red write a gameworld akin Morrowind, if they are able.
