White Items List and Uses

So on my recent Highpool playthrough, I started noting white non-junk items, their locations, who to turn them in to, and the rewards. This includes some toaster items and the list is in no way complete. I have not included most items labeled as quest items. If you have any additional info, feel free to help with the list. I have also added in items from other posts on the forums and will continue to compile the list.

Note: I have not included most Quest items unless the use is extremely vague (ex. Display Screen). I also have not included most books and lore related items as 95% of them do not have any reward except the wonderful lore of the wasteland.

Not sure where the third synth part location is. I checked AG Center but I still haven't found one there so I still can't remember where I got my second synth part in playthrough where I saved AG Center... If it IS in AG Center, I'll probably find it next time I save it

Hmm, I never found a third synth part... As an alternative location for the "second" synth part: if you choose to save AG and highpool is destroyed the dead synth is on top of the dam, before you reach the wrecked radio tower.

Ah, so on both playthroughs I sound the synth at Highpool and I just forgot location of dead synth in doomed Highpool? Makes sense

Have not found a use for the locket, but saved everyone I could in Damonta. (Except the scrap hunter; stupid slicer dicers)

Not sure about turning it in to anyone, but I do know that the guy you're SUPPOSED to turn it in to is dead when you arrive in Damonta (at least if you save Sarah). You can find his body in the Water Merchants building, near a desk that has a plaque with his name on it. If you examine the body, you can even find a letter from Sarah saying that things just won't work out between the two of them.

This might change if Sarah dies and you're given the unmarked quest to take her locket to him, though.

Giving Ace's Star to Eggleston also nets you a requisition order. Mercaptain mentions that his req order is to "hopefully prevent further deaths"

David's corpse is in water springs building where the painting is in demonta. You put Sarah's locket on him, a comment is made how peaceful he now looks. I nearly cried! so sad this wasteland is sometimes.

The weapon mod you are referring to, and that is in his shop, is just a Small Scope and you must steal it.
