Has anyone taken the time to translate all the radio broadcasts that are in foreign languages? Do they have anything to do with hidden quests, or are they related to the main plot? I'm thinking about the ones where people are speaking in Latin or in Slavic languages to each other.

Radio broadcasts?
I take it you’re talking about Wasteland 2, not Torment?

This is covered in other topics. You'll find most of the translations there (although Latin ones are less definitive):

Thanks for the info. The Russian one was very interesting. Are there any clues to an expansion of that plot line in the game, or are we left to wonder until Wasteland 3?

No, I'm not aware of any explanations. There's a link in there to another thread with speculation, but also not actual versions. Seems like just some mysterious faction that seeks rad suits to get to Damonta and is aware (and wary) of Rangers. Since there are many mysterious broadcasts hinting at weird factions around the map, it seems like one of them, with a little joke thrown in. Like, a disciplined Russian outfit (they maintain radio procedure and use cartoon callsigns) that races Rangers to Damonta for their mysterious purposes, but ultimately stays in the shadows.

OR DO THEY
